- If the supplied product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days.
- Exchange a product? Upon receipt we often send your new product the same day.
- Refund? Within 5 days of receipt the amount will be refunded.
- Turns out that the product is faulty after 14 days? You have 24 months warranty on all our products.

Do you want to return a product? Within 14 days after receiving the product you can return your product.
This is how you return a product
- Complete the registration form, which can be found here and retun it to us by email announcing the return.
- We will mail you a return sticker by return so that you can return the goods free of charge inside the EG only.
- You hand in the return box at a drop-off point of the carrier.
- PRODUCT EXCHANGE? No problem Follow the above procedure for the return and place a new order in the web shop.
If the product is returned to us in its original state, with the packaging, we will refund the full purchase price back on your account. We do everything possible to refund the amount within 5 working days of receipt. But you can assume that you will receive the money within 14 days after your return notification. Refund of returned goods will be made via the payment provider that has been chosen when you ordered the goods. The cost that you incur for returning the product to us are for your own account.
