Product Returns

All promises, one by one.

  • If the supplied product does not meet your expectations, or if it is faulty, you can return it to us within 14 days.
  • Exchange a product? Exchanges are treated as returns. Simply return the product to us and place a new order for the replacement item via our webshop.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving the returned product.
  • There’s no need to worry if a manufacturing defect occurs after your 14-day return period. All our products come with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing faults, giving you peace of mind. Fair wear and tear is, of course, accepted.

How to return a product

  • Complete the registration form, which can be found here and retun it to us by email to notify us of your return.
  • Include a printed copy of the completed form in the return package. Our return address is provided at the bottom of this guide.

Pack and Send your return

  • Ensure all products are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the product. Select a courier of your choice, as costs may vary depending on the carrier and your location. Contact your local carrier for a cost estimate.

Drop off your return

  • Deliver the package to a drop-off point for the courier you have chosen.

Exchanging a product

  • No problem! Follow the return process above and place a new order via our webshop.

    • Please note that the costs of returning a purchased product are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of location.
    • To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend securely packaging your items to avoid damage during transport.

    Important Notice for Customers Outside the EEA including destinations Cyprus, Malta, and Iceland

    • To help manage the high transportation costs for deliveries outside Europe, including destinations Cyprus, Malta, and Iceland, we kindly ask for a 50% contribution towards the original shipping cost when returning a product and placing a new order for a replacement via our webshop.
    • If no replacement product is ordered, the full net shipping costs will be deducted from the product refund.
    • Processing returns involves significant costs, including quality checks, repackaging, and storage, as well as payment provider fees. We aim to handle this as efficiently as possible and can provide a detailed breakdown of the net shipping costs upon request.

    Refund process

    • Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect the items to ensure they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. To help us process your return efficiently and avoid additional repackaging costs, we kindly ask that all returned products are shipped in undamaged boxes.

    • If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days, with a maximum timeline of 14 days from your return notification.
    • Refunds will be made via the payment provider used for your original purchase.
