If you are not satisfied with the product or if it is faulty, please contact our customer service.
All promises, one by one.
- If the supplied product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days.
- Exchange a product? Upon receipt we often send your new product the same day.
- Refund? Within 5 days of receipt the amount will be refunded.
- Turns out that the product is faulty after 14 days? You have 24 months warranty on all our products.

Do you want to return a product? Within 14 days after receiving the product you can return your product.
This is how you return a product
- Complete the registration form, which can be found here and retun it to us by email announcing the return.
- We kindly ask that you return the item using the original carrier. Once you email us the shipping receipt, we will reimburse the shipping costs. This way, you can easily and cost-free return the item within the EU. Thank you for your cooperation!
- You hand in the return box at a drop-off point of the carrier.
- PRODUCT EXCHANGE? No problem Follow the above procedure for the return and place a new order in the web shop.
Refund
Upon receiving your return, we carefully inspect the items to ensure they are unused and in their original condition, including laces and packaging. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 days. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We do everything possible to refund the amount within 5 working days of receipt. But you can assume that you will receive the money within 14 days after your return notification. Refund of returned goods will be made via the payment provider that has been chosen when you ordered the goods.
