Changing or cancelling orders

Have you just completed your order, but did you forget something? Or do you realise that you don’t actually need the product please contact us immediately. As long as the order has not yet left our warehouse, we can change this for you immediately or cancel the order.

Is your parcel already underway? Then you can actively refuse the order. Inform the delivery service that you do not want the package. After we receive the return package, we will contact you for further processing. Cancelling or actively refusing an order is free. Did you accept the package upon delivery? Then the shipping cost for a return shipment is at your expense.
